Faïza Saindou — Praticienne somatique et énergétique à Paris
I am Faïza, facilitator of remembrance. You can call me Faï.
There are things we've understood for a long time, but that the body hasn't yet integrated. This gap between what we know and what we feel, between what we have understood mentally and what we continue to carry in the body, is often where it all unfolds. I come from a lineage of healers and I do not deny this nature in me. But what I choose to do with it is different: I do not heal for you. I use what I am to activate what already exists in you. I am a reminder of who you are. I work with the body where it has gone silent, where it waits without even being aware of it. I do not accompany individuals through analysis alone. I use the body as a doorway and integrate a fine reading of the body's physical, emotional, and energetic states to support processes of regulation and integration. This is where my work lives: in the passage between what is conscious and what is still lived by the system. I step in when you are ready to finally live who you are.
